For domestic shipping within Thailand, we offer reliable courier services. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location. For customers in Bangkok metropolitan areas, express shipping options are available with delivery within 1-2 business days.
For international customers, we ship worldwide through trusted international courier services. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that international shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Standard shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and package weight. Express shipping and international shipping options are available at additional costs. All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your package's journey. You can track your order through our website or the courier's tracking system.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Féerique Atelier, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Our return period allows customers to return items within 31 days from the date of delivery. Please note that any returns initiated after this 31-day period will not be accepted. This policy ensures a fair and efficient process for all our customers.
To maintain our quality standards, all returned items must meet specific conditions. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging remaining attached and intact. The item should be free from any makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear. Additionally, all original accessories and components that came with your purchase must be included in the return.
The return process is simple and straightforward. First, contact our customer service team via email or LINE to initiate your return. Then, package your item securely in its original or similar protective packaging. Remember to include your order number and reason for return with the package. For your protection and tracking purposes, please ship the item back using a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the item. After inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective.
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include items marked as "Final Sale," items without original tags and packaging, items showing signs of wear or alteration, and items damaged due to customer handling.
